Hi ya’ll! I’m thrilled the universe brought you here!

I’m Kristin… a bold creative, Texas native, and you guessed it, proud of it too.

I’m an innately curious, lifelong student and nature lover who loves adventure but is also forever in search of the perfect hammock. I’m a little goofy, but life has taught me not to take myself so seriously.

Vulnerability is beautiful, sometimes scary as hell, yet courageously healing.

I published my first best-selling memoir, Sex, Drugs, & Soul: Finding Grace in the Shadow, and I also host The Sex, Drugs, & Soul Podcast, which offers a space for the curious seekers, the self-healers, and the sensual enthusiasts.

I WORK WITH PEOPLE, SACRED REBELS OF ALL KINDS…

…who are ready to shed the shoulds, confront their shadows, and embrace their full, messy, magnificent humanity. Together, we craft and live new stories—on and off the page.

I guide you back to your truth—beneath the shame, the conditioning, and the masks you’ve outgrown. Whether you’re unraveling from grief, reclaiming your sensuality, or finally ready to share the story you’ve been carrying, I’m here to walk beside you through the fire and into the light.

My work blends the rich, embodied traditions of red-and-white tantric rituals with ancient wisdom, weaving it into a modern sensibility.

Through intentional touch, intimacy coaching, storytelling mentorship, and soul-stirring retreats, I offer transformational spaces where your most authentic self can rise.

Here’s the truth: life is far too short to live by someone else’s rules. I believe in the beauty of the mess, the power of vulnerability, and the magic that unfolds when you finally give yourself permission to play big, grow fiercely, and love deeply.

What I do is help you return to the essence of who you are—free, whole, expressed, and alive.

Why I do this work…

Because your story is sacred.
Because your voice is power.
Because healing doesn’t happen in silence—it happens when we dare to be seen, heard, and felt.

I do this work because I’ve lived the ache of self-abandonment.

I know what it’s like to grow up in the Bible Belt, silencing my sexual curiosity, hiding my desires behind good-girl masks, and internalizing shame that never belonged to me.

I know the confusion of navigating grief and trauma—of enduring sexual abuse while secretly loving my dances with the taboo. I was taught to fear my body and then punished for the ways it longed to speak.

I’ve broken down in closets, literally buckling under the weight of perfectionism, performance, people-pleasing, and pretending I was okay. And still, through it all, a deeper truth whispered: There’s more for you. That whisper became a roar.

And so, I became the woman I needed back then.

Now, I guide others through the same fires I’ve walked into liberation from disconnection, shame, conditioning, and fear.

Whether it’s through storytelling, sensual rituals, or spiritual mentorship, I hold space for you to reclaim your truth, your power, and your pleasure.

This isn’t just about books or tantra or healing—it’s about remembering who you are. It’s about honoring your grief, your joy, your longing, your holy rage, and your sensual fire. It’s about turning your wounds into wisdom and your truth into medicine.

Your story isn’t too much.

Your body isn’t too complicated.

Your truth isn’t too messy.

It’s sacred.

And I’m here to help you set it free

An edited collage of two photographs. The larger photo shows a person standing in a field, wearing cowboy boots and a floral dress, holding a bouquet of flowers, and lifting their skirt. The smaller photo, in black and white, shows a person with dark makeup and various rings, with their hands held up to their face, forming a gesture with their fingers.
