Hiiiiiiii there *insert southern drawl*.

I’m thrilled the universe led you here!

I’m Kristin, though I bet ya guessed that by now. Texas native, and you guessed it, proud of that too!

I’m an innately curious, lifelong student and nature lover who loves adventure but is also forever in search of the perfect hammock. I’m a little goofy, but life has taught me to not take myself so seriously.

Vulnerability is beautiful, sometimes scary as hell, and healing.

I’m currently birthing my first memoir, Sex, Drugs & Soul: Finding Grace in the Shadow.

Stories are my passion — and have been for more than twenty years. When I’m not working on my projects, I’m writing books for others or coaching them through their process.

Over the years, I’ve blended my learnings and experiences into creative modalities to nurture and empower one’s fullest, most authentic expression.

Why do I do it?

I know how the unwritten words haunt. It’s a special kind of self-torture when harboring a story you long to share with the world. For more than a decade, I knew I wanted to write a memoir. It was almost as if my future self was whispering to me. Yet, fears and limiting beliefs (like even calling myself a writer!) kept me from pursuing those creative longings until I couldn’t take it anymore. The discontent and pain of my silenced story led to hiring a writing coach and editor to guide me in the process.

Writing the memoir ended up being one of the most therapeutic, rewarding, and liberating experiences of my life. Shortly after completing the manuscript, I booked a solo adventure to Costa Rica where I visualized helping others birth their story into the world. Tears ran down my cheeks while chills covered my entire body. I knew to follow that feeling and enrolled in a book coaching course.

Since then, I’ve collaborated with others to either ghostwrite their non-fiction book or coach them through their creative journey. I use my story, experiences, and expertise to empower others to lead their own joyous, free, authentic lives — and share their story.
